A super quick midfielder, Adam is hard at the football and has an outstanding work ethic. Adam is a smart player with good all round ball winning ability, and is a ferocious hard hitting tackler.

After missing out in the 2007 AFL Draft, Adam was determined in 2008 to make an impact. After making his league debut in 2008 he played every game including the premiership and also did well representing WA against Queensland.

Adam made his AFL debut during round 6 of the 2009 season and managed to play 7 games during the season. 

Cockie has good skills on both sides of his body, tackles hard and looks promising to be a successful player for the Eagles in the years to come.
