Ranga commenced his 2009 season early with the Cats after being picked up as Rookie through the NSW Scholarship program.

Originally from the NSW/ACT Rams, Ranga thoroughly deserved his All Australian selection after being virtually unstoppable in his Under-18 National Carnival games.

The highly rated on-baller/forward from NSW suffered a serious hamstring injury during the pre-season and did not appear at all in 2009. Ranga showed promise before being injured and will aim to get as much exposure as possible in the senior in the coming year.

A prolific ball-winner with great skills, Ranga is thriving on the professionalism down at Skilled Stadium.
