In this years’ NAB AFL Pre-Season Draft, Stride was fortunate to secure Hayden Skipworth (pick 3 to Essendon) & Tom Rockcliff (pick 5 to Brisbane).

In the Rookie Draft, Stride had one player drafted in the first round (Nobin Nahas), four in the second round (Adam Cockie, Matt De Boer, Dave Goudis & Tom Simpkin), one in round three (Daniel Hughes) and two in round four (Clancee Pearce & Ranga Ediriwickrama).
